According to conclusions of the Intergovernmental Commission for business, economic and science and technology cooperation between Czech Republic and Russian Federation, AIE CR solves within the International Innovation Centre the following tasks:

• commercialization of the technologies, results of research and development
• technological profiles
• technology transfer
• databasis of research and development professionals and results
• using of the cooperation between international (governmental, non-governmental) organizations
• presentation of the results within ICSTI (International Centre for Scientific and Technical Information) and on domestic and foreign expositions, fairs and conferences.
